PAIR OF WELL MADE REPRODUCTION US CAVALRY McCLELLAN SADDLE LEATHER RIGGING QUARTER STRAPS. THIS WOULD BE FOR THE SECOND PATTERN McCLELLAN
THIS STRAPS WILL GO FROM THE SQUARE BRASS RING ON THE SADDLE TO THE ROUND SAFE. I HAVE LEFT ONE AS IT WAS MOUNTED ON AN OLD SADDLE TO USE AS A PATTERN
THE STRAPS ARE CORRECTLY MADE WITH THE KEEPERS AND ORIGINAL BUCKLES. THEY SEEM PERHAPS A LITTLE SHORTER THAN ORIGINAL. THE LEATHER IS SOUND SHOWING LIGHT USE OR PERHAPS JUST DISPLAY. BOTH KEEPERS ARE INCLUDED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM IN THE FIELD UNLESS A QUALIFIED SADDLE MAKER CAN ATTEST TO THEIR SOUNDNESS FOR FIELD USE.
THEY WILL COMPLETE A 1904 McCLELLAN SADDLE MODEL 1904, SECOND PATTERN.

If we have incorrectly described the item, we will pay for postage both ways. Otherwise postage cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. The items we sell are usually for static display and not to be used in the field today. We do not ever end auctions early. We ask that payment for a store or an auction purchase  be made within 10 days of the transaction. After that we reserve the right to relist the item. We normally post feedback after we have received feedback from the buyer so that we know the item was received and the buyer is pleased with the transaction.
Shipping and handling:
The United States Postal Service is our shipper of choice. We will combined shipping cost for multiple purchases. We are in the Antique Militaria business and do not make money from shipping. We merely try to cover some of our basic costs.
International buyers, please note that all purchases are fully and correctly disclosed on Custom forms for the invoice amount. Be aware that to obtain insurance for an International package, which we encourage you to purchase, the package must be sent via Priority Mail which is much more expensive than First Class Mail.
